Refund Policy


Need to make a return? No problem!! Ryders wants you as a customer happy
and satisfied with your shopping experience. Please contact us via email at
shopryders@gmail.com with the following information.
1. First and Last Name
2. Contact Phone Number
3. Email Address
4. Order Number
5. A brief reason of return

Within 24 hours, a Ryders representative will issue you a Return Authorization
Number and a return shipping address.

Return and Exchange Policies

Returns
All items (excluding accessories and sale items) are eligible for a full refund only
if the product arrives back to Ryders within 14 days from the original delivery
date. After 14 days a refund will be issued with a 20% restocking fee. Refunds
will not be issued after a 30 days period. Returning items must have all tags,
unworn and in good resalable condition otherwise the return will be refused.

Exchange
Exchanges can be made up until 30 days after the original delivery date. If a
return arrives after 30 days the exchange will be rejected. Items must have all
tags, unworn and in good resalable condition otherwise the return will be refused.
